Are you planning to buy a home? Did a new listing catch your eye? One of the first steps will be attending the Open House.
The Open House is critical, this is the first impression, where pictures seen on the internet become reality.
A savvy buyer can go beyond first impressions and do their own initial inspection. This initial inspection should focus on any obvious physical defects, things that would potentially be a deal breaker. Making theses assessments prior to making the offer can save you time, money, and headache.
Once you put in an offer, and it's accepted, then it's time to hire a Licensed Home Inspector.
